Training and development

Values and CSR
We always seek to do all we can for all we work with (including each other) and we go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we can help improve the situation of others.
This follows through to our CSR, which incorporates a comprehensive green policy and support of charities. Over the years, our team have been regular donators to Action Aid, WWF, have walked 50Km in the Pennines for the Demelza Hospice, Planted Trees for Cities, Completed Charity Challenges for Focus Birmingham, been volunteers for the Antony Nolan Trust, Worcestershire Wildlife Trust, The Dogs Trust and The Wye and Usk Foundation.
We sponsored Bike Across America 2011 for Julia’s House Hospice, sponsored BGL Group’s Great Wall of China Trek and Breast Friends Coast to Coast Cycle ride.
Further to the above, we also donate a percentage of our annual profits to nominated charities every year. To date we have donated £4160 to these charities since the company launch in 2011.
