2015 Director Appointments and International Hiring Strategies

by kyna-admin on January 29th, 2016

Of the many highlights for Kyna Associates in 2015, placing senior executives to strengthen management boards and recruiting tech candidates with rare skill sets from international markets were two themes that particularly benefited our high calibre client and candidate base.

Amongst other executive appointments, Kyna Associates placed Bilal Dhami as the new Head of Ecommerce at Towergate Insurance, Simon Dawson as Head of Commercial Development at National Accident Helpline, Amanda Walton as Retail Managing Director at JLT and Simon Trott as the new Managing Director of National Accident Helpline.

As with all of the placements we made in 2015, we look forward to seeing our clients benefit from these executive appointments in 2016.

********

With the UK technology skills market continuing to contract with the number of vacancies in technology out stripping the number of available skilled candidates; we successfully recruited technology professionals internationally in 2015 and see international recruitment for technology candidates increasing in 2016.

With our extensive professional network, digital advertising investment and a highly skilled team trained in all search and selection techniques, we placed candidates from Brazil, Poland, France and Portugal and represented candidates for interview from Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Spain, India and Greece.
